What is your relationship like with you?

Good, bad or beautiful, I know that I am the Star of My World! Here's something to note, You are the Star of Your World! There is no other me and no other you! Having a good relationship with yourself means accepting all of you. It's essential because you are the most important person in your life. Everything comes from within you. This also allows you to give your best to others. Low self esteem and lack of confidence stem from traumas like abuse and abandonment, not fitting in or measuring up to unrealistic standards. These negative experiences can make you doubt yourself, develop an inner critic, feel less than, not trust your intuition and suffer emotional troubles like anxiety & depression. As well, a poor self image can create blockages in other areas of your life like love, money and success because it represents the belief you have about your abilities, appearance and personality. I can tell you this because I have been there. My knowledge comes from living this. It's been a long journey to healing me. I have done the work and so can you.

Know that when you care for yourself in a balanced way, it is for You! It enables you to embody confidence. Where you live is an outward representation of your being.
